From our dedicated workshop, we specialize in creating unique, Montessori-inspired pieces—from personalized name puzzles to intricate busy boards and custom storage crates. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in New condition only. Products must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of wear, use, or damage. Note: Due to the nature of personalized items (names, custom dates), we can only accept returns if there is a craftsmanship error or damage during transit.

Return Conditions We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If your item arrives damaged, features a craftsmanship error (such as splinters or paint defects), or if you received the wrong name/design, we will rectify the situation immediately. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind): For non-personalized items, if you prefer a different aesthetic, you may return the item in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy We are happy to assist you in exchanging your handmade item for a different design of equal value.

  • Processing Time: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days of us receiving your original item.
