1. Where is Daily Dreamer Co based and where do you ship?
We are based in the United States and currently ship exclusively to addresses within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on all orders nationwide, regardless of the order size.
3. What kind of products do you offer?
We specialize in handcrafted, Montessori-inspired wooden items, including personalized name puzzles, educational busy boards, custom nursery storage crates, and home decor.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
The total delivery time is typically 4-8 business days. This includes 1-3 days for processing/hand-crafting and 3-5 days for transit.
5. Are your toys safe for children?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. We use premium natural wood and non-toxic, water-based paints. Every piece is hand-sanded to ensure smooth edges for little hands.
6. Can I customize a product with my child’s name?
Yes! Personalization is what we do best. You can add your child’s name to our puzzles, busy boards, and crates to create a unique keepsake.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number (USPS or UPS) so you can monitor your package in real-time.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order enters our hand-crafting process and cannot be canceled.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
10. What if my item arrives damaged or has a spelling error?
We apologize for the inconvenience! If there is a craftsmanship error or shipping damage, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement for free.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
